Here is a list of the items to buy and put in your pack:

1. Magnifying glass

2. An OHP pen to use with the cleaning checklist

3. A permanent marker pen to write 'best before' and 'use by' dates on jars, bottlesan d packets etc.

4. Coloured cloths for cleaning
Blue for surfaces
Yellow for the floor and bin
Pink for pet dishes
Green spomge for washing up

5. A pedometer to encourage walking

6. A fridge thermometer which reads "ok" when the the fridge is 2-4 degrees centigrade.
